HELLO and WELCOME
Amanda and I believe life should come first and fitness should come second. After all, fitness and nutrition should enhance your life not be your life. We live for teaching ways to get more (e.g., more happy hours) out of doing less (e.g., less time in the gym.) We speak in plain English and only teach the handful of things you actually need to know to build a leaner, stronger, more Zen-like you. Did I mention, this is all while you get to eat and drink what you want every day and choose when or if you workout? Yes, seriously. Oh, and it’s all backed by science and evolution.
I know it’s not fun trying to figure out why you haven’t been able to lose weight, pretend salads are your favorite food, guess your way through workouts, or feel guilty about food all the time. I know it hasn’t worked in the past but it wasn’t you who failed the system, rather the system that failed you. After all, you’re not going to rearrange your life to follow a ridiculous program written by someone who routinely binge diets so they can step onto a stage in a Speedo. Diets, meal prepping, no days off and screaming about intensity in the gym is not our thing. If that’s your thing, we’re not your thing.
